Where to begin, honestly, there is soo much.
I had the Idea for this hub while chatting with a friend from Singapore, who was enthralled by the idea of coming to this country. Other countries get snowed by our government about our country just as much as they get screwed by their own (or we do for that matter.)
Coming to this country, yea you can, make a living if you don't live here, your set. So many regulations that we have (or they don't have). Lot of immigrants that come here to live get so much and don't care about who they walk over to get it (people that live here that have to really really work) they come here get immunities from taxes for like the whole time they aren't citizens, not only taxes, but also interest rates, and a lot of other things.
Government.... HA, try company, all of them. So many companies run this country, the big ones being, Pharmaceuticals, Big Oil, and Tobacco.
Big oil and Pharmacy are the worse, they keep the people that really help them out the most in Office (Backers) Pharmacy would never let true Good or Free Health care be in this country, think about it, if they did, they wouldn't get one more dime... sooo, they back the people in government that will defeat and keep free/good health care out of any possible system or bill we have or will have, and we have no Free or Government paid college, most of this world is better off then we are an they have no idea why, they get a free education the whole way!! Job right afterward too, do we, no!. After High School, we have to pay for college (yes there are loans/grants all that) but, but most people have no idea how to get them or don't care to get them. Why we don't have Free Higher Learning or Health care, (Pharmacies want to keep us sick enough to keep us buyin there junk) why don't we have Free College, you know exactly why, our government doesn't want us to be smart so that we can realize what's going on in Washington!! The more were kept in the dark, the longer they stay in, the more money they get. Two things make this true to the letter, think of how many Pill Ads you'll see today, (pharmacy ads) this goes hand and hand with doctors... How many people do you think believe doctors words, I just added a link to WebMD, to what I bet most people have. "They think they have it by suggestion of TV ads (from Pharmaceutical, or WebMD commercials.) The ones that have 25+ side effects for something that is probably mental, and you still think this government isn't run by companies?

Lib, I'm not a political person at all. I can tell you are, and are taking up the Republican banner, you know why Big Oil hasn't been bailed out because they gouge the crap out of gas using people. I remember when it was 98 cents a gallon!! I'm not an old person, but when I was in Elementary School it was wayy under a dollar, then it started rising for no reason at all!! It's still over 2.50 a gallon in our region, and when it was almost 4, how can you say that's not gouging? How many cents/barrel is it now, at 2.50? what kinda retarded markup is making all these gas stations/oil companies rich? or needing a bailout like you said, this is why. You screw people you know that gas is a very needed commodity yet you charge ridiculous prices. Tell me why, why are oil companies probably still posting record breaking profits? Most the other markets are still in the red? (I wasn't talking about Oil paying bills either, reread what I put, I said that Pharmaceuticals and big oil are Backing the Government it is a "Good thing" but not for the Government or the country only for those companies... Lobbyists need to go... no more backing government with Lobbyists of big companies. This countries Government is for the people not the companies!! Yes they are in the country, but they're a entity not a person.

hhaha, Where do you libs get off on Big Oil? This always cracks me up! Big Oil is not unionized, Big oil takes great care of its employees, We don't have to be bailed out like GM and Fannie! And we compete with a world market at all times, therefore cannot gouge prices or take what is not ours! The myth about big oil when Big OIL is the one paying most of Americs bills is crazy!
